The Dispatcher is responsible for the real-time coordination of a local fleet of trucks handling time-critical and expedited shipments. This role ensures rapid response to customer requests, optimal truck utilization, compliance with DOT regulations, and continuous communication with drivers and customers to meet strict delivery deadlines. Also supporting the entire department by entering inbound shipments into the TMS.
