Description
Job responsibilities include extensive customer service support i.e. freight quotes, transit times, routing changes, service information, coordination of the pickup and delivery of cargo and the issuing of biweekly status reports. Job duties include the negotiation of rates, preparation of documentation in compliance with
U.S. law, coordination of shipments and the filing of rates with the FMC. The booking of ocean shipments with carriers and NVOCCs. Prepare billing information, issue client invoices and coordinate with the accounting department.

Experience
