Description

Job duties include, but are not limited to, extensive customer service – freight quotes - status reports and pre-alerts.

Duties include:

The preparation of documentation for air carriers
Coordination of shipments with carriers and clients
Assisting the warehouse staff with the preparation of the cargo for shipment, the billing/invoicing of all files in a timely manner and some negotiation of rates with carriers.

Job Requirements

Experience

Spanish Speaking a plus but not required.

Computer Skills

Excellent computer aptitude.

Microsoft Office, and previous experience with software related to Forwarding Industry.
